Let's Clean Up Europe

🌍 Join the Clean-Up Generation — Let’s Clean Up Europe 2025 is Live!

You don’t need to be an official or even have a plan yet. From April 22 to November 30, The Let’s Clean Up Europe (LCUE) campaign is inviting everyone in Europe to host a Clean‑Up Day or plogging event (yes, running while picking litter) and register it on the LCUE map.

Over 1,000 actions took place across Europe in 2024, all hands on deck, democratically messy, and wildly inspiring. Let’s make 2025 even bigger. 🚓🧼 (EWWR)

Why LCUE 2025 is Different

  • It’s inclusive: You can join as an individual, school, neighborhood group, or local business—no green awards needed. (Envi.info)

  • It’s noticeable: Each action helps raise local awareness—because nothing says “we all own this” like a giant pile of collected trash beside a park bench. (Envi.info)

  • It’s social: Use the hashtags #cleanup, #plogging, #letscleanupeurope, or #cleanupwithlove to connect with others and appear on the public map. (Envi.info)

  • It’s data‑smart: Every action you register and photograph contributes to European-wide reporting on waste—and shows policymakers that litter cleanup matters. (Envi.info)

How to Get Started

  1. Pick a spot that needs attention—maybe your local underpass, roadside, forest trail, or riverbank.

  2. Invite your crew—volunteers, local groups, students, runners.

  3. Register your action on the map; tag it with GPS coordinates so others can track and follow.

  4. Get social tools or posters from the LCUE communication toolkit—great for visibility.

  5. Act & Archive—clean, photo, sort, enjoy, and share the before/after image.

  6. Submit your photo & stats (number of participants, waste weight) and tag us via social media.

It’s simple: register, act, share, repeat. And every single action is a vote for cleaner streets and a healthier mindset.

#Why Now?

Because awareness begins in front of a pile of litter you collected with your own hands. Every action is visible, quantifiable, and shareable. Every volunteer adds to the narrative. Every photo and hashtag expands the conversation—so the campaign doesn’t just happen; it spreads. And because the future doesn’t wait: April 22 to November 30 is your window to make a mark. (EWWR)

Clean-Up with Purpose. Clean-Up as Play.

Big goals can start with small actions. Whether you're organizing a full-day city clean-up with students or a solo plogging run: your action matters. And when thousands of those actions come together—all shared under the LCUE flag—they spark something more than clean streets: they spark a cleaner culture.

Join or start your action today — and make something worth talking about.
